Hogar Infantil is located just outside the town of Ocozocoautla. This is some 21 miles (34 km) from Tuxtla Gutierrez but really the best place in the area for larger RVs. It also makes an interesting place to spend the night.

If you are approaching Tuxtla from the west, the direction of Tehuantepec, you'll drive right through Ocozocoautla. The campground is located near the west end of the bypass that passes south of Ocozocoautla.  Take the road into town from here, you'll see grain storage silos nearby. You will pass a cemetery on the right and at .5 miles (.8 km), just before the bus terminal on the left, turn left. Drive .4 miles (.7 km) down the road, you'll see the Hogar Infantil entrance on the right.

There are four back-in slots, they're suitable for large rigs. They have electric (15-amp) and water hookups. Larger groups are allowed to park on the soccer pitch. There is provision for dumping gray water here, ask for instructions. Wireless internet is available upon request.  There is no set limit to the permitted length of stay.
